I Am Not A Merry Man (the "Merry Man" Series)

I am not a merry man,
Though one day,
That be I can,
When plan and partner,
Come into barter,
Together,
As a package soon,
In my prison,
Oh full moon!
5 I have seen,
Here I stay,
Night and day.
Here they are!
Soon we will travel far,
After we are in front,
Of this bar.
My lady must wait,
By the gate,
Oh how I hope she does,
For the mold in my cell,
Looks like fuzz.
Cries me,
"My heart calls me,
To the sea,
But in prison,
There I be.
Come back judge,
Review my case!
To get myself,
Out of this place!
And see again,
My beauty's face."
